Recruitment Officer

Islamabad, Pakistan

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in talent acquisition within the logistics or supply chain industry and a passion for finding the right talent efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening to interviews and selection.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline for logistics and related roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruitment, preferably in the logistics sector.
  • Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Location: Islamabad

Workdays: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time
