RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in drafting and publishing job advertisements.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and departments.
  • Maintain candidate database and HR records accurately.
  • Communicate with applicants in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare basic recruitment reports and documentation.
  • Support HR team in other administrative tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 4–6 Years Experience in the relevant domain
  • Understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
  • Proficient in Digital Literacy, including MS Office, Google Sheet, etc.
  • Good Communication Verbal & Written in Urdu & English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Recruitment: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
