Recruitment Officer

  • Time – Time analysis of the requirements in each department.
  • Detailed study about the open positions-Educational qualifications, Experience and Other Skills.
  • Publication of the requirement needs at website and other daily publication.
  • Communicating with the agencies about the needs.
  • Regular follow-up with agencies about the interview schedule and the candidates.
  • Answering queries in email and via phone.
  • Collecting the CVs from the Walk-in applicants.
  • Screening and shortlisting of the CVs.
  • Scheduling Interviews for HR Manager/Other Dept. heads.
  • Conducting Screening and Initial interviews as per need.
  • Conducting meetings and follow-up with agencies.
  • Contacting new agencies, negotiation on the contract and policies.
  • Time-Time follow-up on the candidates in order to identify the status of the recruitment.
  • Checking emails and finding suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and review new contracts.
  • Responsible for any duties entitled by the HR Manager as per the needs.
  • Prepare monthly recruitment report for the purpose of documentation and information.
  • Prepare Annual recruitment plan.
  • Updating any forms related to recruitment with the approval and advice of HR Manager.
  • Having a close look on the procedure of recruitment and updating if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
