Recruitment Officer

We are currently looking for experienced Senior Recruiters to lead the hiring of music and dance teachers globally.

Open Positions:

• Senior Recruiter – Spanish Speaker
• Senior Recruiter – Russian Speaker
• Senior Recruiter – Arabic Speaker

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international music & dance teachers
• Source candidates globally using creative sourcing and headhunting strategies
• Handle high-volume and niche recruitment requirements
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes
• Build strong talent pipelines across different countries and regions
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment targets and KPIs are met

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of recruitment experience
• At least 1 year of recruitment agency experience preferred
• Fluency in Spanish, Russian, or Arabic

Strong experience in:

• Headhunting
• Creative sourcing
• Bulk hiring
• International recruitment
• Used to working on KPIs such as:
• Time to hire
• Quality of hire
• Hiring targets
• Excellent communication skills and confident, presentable personality
