Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Blue-Collar Recruiter specializing in the recruitment of Heavy Vehicle Drivers .The ideal candidate must have strong sourcing skills, especially in identifying and mobilizing candidates from Punjab region (India).

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist Heavy Vehicle Driver candidates for UAE operations
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, documentation, and mobilization
• Coordinate with agencies, local contacts, and referral networks
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely onboarding and compliance with UAE requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in blue-collar recruitment
• Strong experience hiring Heavy Vehicle Drivers
• Ability to source candidates from Punjab (preferred)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent hiring timelines

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Recruiters with strong networks in Punjab
• Experience in high-volume driver recruitment
• Familiarity with UAE visa and mobilization procedures
