Recruitment Officer – Blue Collar
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Officer to join our team and manage high-volume recruitment for Cleaners, Security Guards, and Technicians within the Facilities Management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, and walk-in interviews.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies based on operational manpower requirements.
- Arrange interviews, trade tests, and hiring processes with third-party agencies.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and labor statistics.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and employee mobilization.
- Work closely with operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements within deadlines.
- Coordinate overseas mobilization processes, accommodation, and transportation with Manpower Administration.
- Follow up with agencies regarding candidate documentation and job offers for visa processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, preferably in Facilities Management or recruitment sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of worker mobilization and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, recruitment platforms, and online tracking tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Experience handling overseas recruitment and visa processing.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
