This is not a traditional recruiting role—it’s a strategic operations position that ensures our talent acquisition processes are efficient, compliant, and future-ready. You will be the backbone of our recruitment infrastructure, maintaining critical resources and driving process improvements that enable ENGIE to attract top talent across the region.

Key Accountabilities

  • Source Candidates & Talent Pipelines : Leverage innovative tools and market insights to build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring our recruitment team is always prepared for future hiring needs.

  • Screen Resumes & Applications: Analyze applications with a keen eye for detail to identify top talent that aligns with role requirements and organizational values.

  • Coordinate Interview Logistics: Support HR and hiring managers by scheduling interviews and managing calendars for key stakeholders.

  • Own the Job Description Library: Keep our JD repository accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with global standards. Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure role clarity and compliance.

  • Utilize Recruitment Tools / ATS: Maximize the efficiency of hiring operations by leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools to maintain accurate data, streamline workflows, and generate actionable insights.

  • Drive Recruitment Projects : Lead initiatives to improve recruitment workflows, implement new tools, and enhance reporting and analytics.

  • Ensure Process Excellence: Monitor adherence to recruitment policies, maintain documentation, and support audits.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business units to streamline operations and deliver a seamless experience for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and job boards (especially LinkedIn)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (verbal & written)
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and customer-service oriented
