Recruitment Sales Executive

Thane, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the recruitment & staffing industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular interaction and follow-ups.
  • Understand client hiring needs, manpower planning, and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
  • Pitch recruitment services (IT / Non-IT / Industry-specific) to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate business terms, agreements, and pricing with clients.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline, track client activity, and report progress to management.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry forums to build business.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term business associations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment & staffing industry processes.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Networking and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and online business platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Mon-Sat (10 am to 7 pm), Sat half day
