Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the recruitment & staffing industry.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular interaction and follow-ups.
- Understand client hiring needs, manpower planning, and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
- Pitch recruitment services (IT / Non-IT / Industry-specific) to prospective clients.
- Negotiate business terms, agreements, and pricing with clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
- Maintain a sales pipeline, track client activity, and report progress to management.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry forums to build business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term business associations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment & staffing industry processes.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Networking and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and online business platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
