We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and talent management processes. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while learning about modern HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment tracking sheets.
  • Support the HR team in onboarding new hires and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach through calls, emails, or LinkedIn.
  • Assist in employer branding activities to promote the company’s image as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (students in their final semester are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with LinkedIn or other recruitment tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR and recruitment field.
