Responsibilities:

Understanding Hiring Needs – Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.

Job Posting & Sourcing – Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website) and proactively source candidates through networking, headhunting, and referrals.

Screening & Shortlisting – Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination – Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.

Candidate Assessment – Conduct interviews, tests, or assessments to evaluate technical skills, communication, and suitability for the role.

Database Management – Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS or recruitment tools) for current and future hiring needs.

Employer Branding – Promote the organization’s culture, values, and career opportunities to attract top talent.

Offer Negotiation – Discuss compensation packages, benefits, and employment terms with selected candidates.

Onboarding Support – Assist in pre-joining formalities and ensure a smooth handover to HR for onboarding.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting – Track hiring progress, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and prepare recruitment reports.

Compliance – Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and diversity & inclusion standard
