About Us:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter (Recruitment Agency) to join our team in Tirur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Develop job postings and share them on relevant job portals and social media.
• Assist in onboarding and follow-up of new employees.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Recruiter in a recruitment agency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
• Ability to handle multiple openings and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
