Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various recruitment platforms, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Source candidates through proactive searches, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct background checks and verify employment references.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Stay up to date on labor laws, market trends, and best recruitment practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting in retail, fashion is preferred
  • Familiarity with social media recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter.., etc.)
  • Bilingual skills (if applicable)
