Job Summary
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier candidates. Your expertise in technical recruiting, campus recruitment, and executive recruiting will empower you to build strong relationships with potential hires and internal stakeholders alike. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies and cutting-edge tools to identify the best talent while fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent across various levels of the organization.
  • Utilize advanced HR sourcing techniques, including social media management and cold calling, to engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, Workday, or iCIMS, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on employee orientation and training & development initiatives to enhance onboarding processes.
  • Stay updated on employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in talent management and employee relations within a human resources context.

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paychex, Kronos, or UltiPro for managing employee data efficiently.
  • Experience in relationship management and lead generation within a recruitment framework.
  • Knowledge of contracts and employee evaluation processes to support comprehensive hiring practices.
