About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage high-volume hiring for non-IT roles across various industries. The ideal candidate will have experience handling large-scale recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and end-to-end hiring cycles to ensure a seamless talent acquisition experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and volume hiring in non-IT domains such as Retail, Furniture & Furnishing Industry, BPO, Manufacturing, Logistics, Hospitality, etc.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high number of candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-in drives.
• Conduct mass hiring campaigns, job fairs, campus recruitment and recruitment events to meet business demands.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews efficiently, ensuring quick turnaround times.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide workforce planning insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws during recruitment processes.
• Manage and enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software for efficient candidate management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring for non-IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job market trends, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to conduct recruitment events on weekends or as per business requirements.
