Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist / TA Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our Sales functions. This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent, while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience — including handling documentation, coordination with PRO/legal, and managing visa-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs within Sales functions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, agencies, referrals).
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first interaction to offer stage.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding formalities for new hires.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth induction and orientation.
  • Support employees during visa cancellation (if applicable) and guide them through internal contract signing post E-Visa issuance.

Visa & Compliance

  • Work closely with the PRO team to facilitate visa applications, E-Visa issuance, and MOHRE contract finalization.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Monitor and track the progress of visa-related activities to avoid delays.

Other

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Continuously improve the recruitment and onboarding process to enhance employee experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Real Estate or Sales-focused industries.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and onboarding formalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
