Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle — from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding.
- Develop and post job descriptions and advertisements across appropriate job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards, internal databases, employee referrals, and consultancy partners.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the process.
- Ensure documentation and data accuracy in recruitment trackers and HRIS/ATS.
- Support the employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment consultants and vendors.
- Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports with management.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and statutory guidelines.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (ITES industry preferred).
- Working knowledge of HR software (GreytHR, Zoho People, or similar).

- Time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Hiring manager satisfaction.
- Offer-to-join ratio.
- Compliance and accuracy of recruitment data.
