About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to support our manpower operations across various sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet client requirements, while ensuring an excellent recruitment experience and maintaining strong service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future manpower projects.
• Utilize job portals, databases, networking, and social media channels to attract talent.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
• Maintain an updated applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.
• Support mobilization processes including documentation, compliance, and onboarding.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or manpower services (KSA experience preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job portals and digital recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English.
