We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our fast‑growing team in Qatar. The successful candidate will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for a wide range of roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates. This is a critical, short‑term assignment that will directly impact our ability to meet aggressive hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Candidate Management Operational Excellence
Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job portals, LinkedIn, industry forums, and social media.
Conduct comprehensive screening, behavioral and competency‑based interviews. Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate regular recruitment metrics.
Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Shortlist, assess, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws, company policies, and data‑privacy regulations.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Negotiate offers, coordinate salary and benefits discussions, and secure candidate acceptance.
Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from requisition approval to candidate onboarding.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive employer brand.
Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets while operating independently.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills Language Technical Proficiency
Minimum 5 years of proven, exclusively recruitment experience.
Native‑level fluency in English (written & spoken).
Advanced user of ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo, Workday).
Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing → onboarding). Native‑level fluency in Arabic (written & spoken).
Proficient with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
Strong track record in screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analytics.
Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
Hands-on experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
