Recruitment Specialist

Roles & responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Handling UAE labor laws, visa processing, and documentation coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Post job openings on job boards, company website, and social media platforms, consultancies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including databases, networking, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks
  • Manage the offer process including salary negotiation and offer letters
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events

Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or HR specialist (typically 10+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
