Roles & responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Handling UAE labor laws, visa processing, and documentation coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Post job openings on job boards, company website, and social media platforms, consultancies.
- Source candidates through various channels including databases, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks
- Manage the offer process including salary negotiation and offer letters
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter or HR specialist (typically 10+ years)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
