Recruitment Specialist

Role Summary

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to meet client and internal hiring needs. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring talent efficiently while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company standards. Experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly within the Food & Beverage or Hospitality sector, is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across multiple functions and clients.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate shortlisting.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Handle bulk hiring and mobilization for F&B and hospitality operations.
  • Liaise with overseas and local recruitment agencies when required.
  • Prepare offer letters and support onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE/GCC.
  • Experience in HR consulting, F&B, hospitality, or high-volume hiring is preferred.
  • Knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and labour regulations.
  • UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.

  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
  • Results-driven with a proactive mindset.

Preferred

  • Experience in restaurant groups, catering companies, or multi-branch organizations.
  • Exposure to overseas recruitment and mobilization projects.
  • Familiarity with ATS or HRMS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
