Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at DNC Consultancy. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and source the best candidates for various positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Present suitable candidates to clients and coordinate the interview process.
• Provide guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment or sales is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
