Recruitment Officer

Royal Smart Limousine LLC is a leading luxury transportation company based in Dubai, serving government entities, corporate clients, and high-profile individuals. As we expand our workforce to meet operational demands, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter / HR Operations Executive to support end-to-end recruitment and HR compliance across the organization.

Position Summary

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for end-to-end driver recruitment, onboarding coordination, and visa processing activities. The role ensures timely hiring of qualified drivers, compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations, and smooth onboarding to support operational requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and experienced in high-volume recruitment within the transportation, logistics, or service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Driver Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for company drivers (limousine/taxi/delivery).
  • Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, and walk-in interviews.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and document verification (license validity, experience, background).
  • Verify UAE driving licenses and ensure compliance with RTA requirements.
  • Coordinate road tests and practical driving assessments.
  • Maintain recruitment database and pipeline for urgent requirements.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Collect and verify required documents (passport, visa copy, license, Emirates ID, etc.).
  • Coordinate medical fitness tests and background verification.
  • Conduct orientation sessions covering company policies, safety standards, and code of conduct.

Visa processing & PRO

  • Visa processing (new employment visa, status change, cancellation).
  • Liaise with PROs, typing centers, and government portals.
  • Track visa status and ensure timely renewals.
  • Maintain immigration records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Assist with labor contracts, Emirates ID applications, and insurance processing

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all recruitment and visa procedures comply with UAE Labour Law.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR records.
  • Monitor license renewals and legal documentation for drivers.
  • Prepare recruitment and visa status reports for management.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate manpower requirements with Operations.
  • Provide weekly recruitment status updates.
  • Support HR in disciplinary or termination documentation if required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of UAE experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in the transport, hospitality, or service sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (ODOO, Zoho People, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
