Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will focus on expanding our Executive Search client portfolio across the UAE. The role requires a polished, professional communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders, understanding organizational talent needs, and positioning our recruitment solutions effectively. Candidates must be proactive, target-driven, and able to represent the company with credibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business opportunities for executive search and recruitment services.
• Build long-term relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and C‑suite executives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Present tailored proposals and service offerings to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of search mandates.
• Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, client interactions, and performance metrics.
• Attend networking events and industry forums to strengthen brand presence.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust with senior-level decision-makers.
• Understanding of recruitment, executive search, or HR consulting (preferred).
• Professional demeanor and strong business etiquette.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or executive search.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a service-based industry.
• UAE Driving License – Mandatory
• Own Visa – Preferred
• Strong understanding of the UAE market.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
