Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment from requisition approval to employee onboarding
- Partner with department heads to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Draft, review, and publish job postings across recruitment platforms
- Proactively source candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks
- Review applications, screen candidates, and create shortlists for hiring managers
- Conduct preliminary interviews and support technical/behavioral interview processes
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Perform background checks, reference verification, and document validation
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate pipelines
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every stage
- Assist in salary negotiation and preparation of employment offers
- Support onboarding process including documentation and orientation coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring best practices
- Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations
