Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment from requisition approval to employee onboarding
  • Partner with department heads to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
  • Draft, review, and publish job postings across recruitment platforms
  • Proactively source candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks
  • Review applications, screen candidates, and create shortlists for hiring managers
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and support technical/behavioral interview processes
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates
  • Perform background checks, reference verification, and document validation
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate pipelines
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every stage
  • Assist in salary negotiation and preparation of employment offers
  • Support onboarding process including documentation and orientation coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring best practices
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations
