Recruitment Specialist / Assistant Specialist

GENERAL QUALIFICATION AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TAB Food Industry and Trade. Inc. It was established in 1994 and opened its first BURGER KING restaurant in Istanbul in 1995. Today, TAB Gıda is the leader in the sector with the number of restaurants and customer volume it has opened. TAB Gıda is increasing its effectiveness day by day with the brands Sbarro, Popeyes, Arby's, Subway, which it incorporated after Burger King, and the Usta Dönerci and Usta Pideci brands it created.

We are looking for a "Recruitment Specialist/Assistant Specialist" with the following qualifications to be employed in the Human Resources Department of our company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system
• Effectively using recruitment tools
• Organize and conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
• Support performance management, training & development, and employee engagement activities
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and documentation
• Supporting employer branding and candidate experience initiatives,
• Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and organizational culture

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluency in spoken and written English,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills in operational processes,
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with digital recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.) candidates will undergo evaluation.
