Recruitment Specialist (Expert In Blue Collar Hiring)

Job Responsibilities:

• Skilled in end to end recruitment and managing blue-collar workers across various trades.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from local and overseas markets.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, hiring, and employee retention strategies.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create strategic sourcing plans.
• Manage recruitment timelines to ensure rapid fulfillment of urgent and high-priority roles.
• Maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles in manufacturing and construction, such as Carpenters, Signage Installers, Graphic Applicators, Welders, and Painters.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to support effective recruitment and candidate engagement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration
• 5–7 years of UAE experience in blue-collar/skilled worker recruitment is a Mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in the manufacturing and/or construction industries is highly preferred.
• Possess strong knowledge of local labor laws and visa processing requirements.
• Capable of managing high-volume recruitment efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills.
