Overview:
As a key member of our dynamic HR team, the Recruiter will lead the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and streamline the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Job Postings: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in German or French is a MUST
