RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST - HOMECARE

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Homecare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have expert-level experience in Registered Nurse (RN) recruitment, international hiring, and embassy/visa processing. This role is critical in sourcing, hiring, and deploying qualified nursing professionals to support our growing homecare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment of Registered Nurses (RNs) for homecare services
• Source, screen, interview, and select qualified RN candidates locally and internationally
• Handle overseas recruitment from multiple countries
• Manage embassy processing, documentations, and deployment requirements
• Coordinate with embassies, immigration offices, recruitment agencies, and government authorities
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, DOH (Department of Health) requirements, and international recruitment standards
• Prepare, organize, and maintain employee files, recruitment records, and confidential documents
• Handle administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, contract preparation, and onboarding paperwork
• Maintain accurate databases and trackers for candidates, visas, licenses, and deployment status
• Prepare recruitment and HR reports as required by management
• Coordinate with operations and clinical teams for staffing and onboarding needs

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in RN recruitment, preferably in homecare or healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of international recruitment and embassy processing
• Experience handling visa, immigration, and overseas deployment documentation
• Familiarity with DOH / HAAD licensing requirements is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and tight deadlines

Preferred Experience

• Recruitment from countries such as Philippines, India, or other international markets
• Previous experience working in Homecare or Healthcare companies in the UAE
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
