Foreground is seeking a
Recruitment Specialist
with proven experience in hiring across
marketing, events, web development, and creative agencies
. This is a
short-term, high-impact project
for an experienced recruiter who understands the creative and digital landscape and can deliver quality talent quickly.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, and capable of managing multiple creative role briefs simultaneously, from digital marketers and event producers to UI/UX designers and content specialists.
Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for marketing, events, digital, and creative roles.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.

Coordinate interviews and liaise with both clients and candidates professionally.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for urgent and upcoming needs.

Prepare candidate evaluation reports and ensure quality and speed of submissions.

Collaborate closely with Foregrounds leadership team to align on hiring priorities.

Ensure all candidate communications reflect Foregrounds professionalism and brand standards.
Requirements:

3+ years of recruitment experience in marketing, creative, or digital industries.

Strong understanding of roles within creative agencies, events management, and digital marketing.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and candidates.
-
Ability to handle fast-paced projects and meet tight deadlines.

Immediate availability and readiness to start.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
