Recrutiment Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our team supporting private-property and high-end hospitality hires.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection for a range of household and hospitality roles, ensuring a professional candidate experience.

  • Develop and maintain talent pools: Build and nurture candidate pipelines for frequently recruited roles; maintain accurate records and CRM data.

  • Create job adverts and vacancy briefs: Write clear, role-specific job descriptions and adverts for internal approval and external job boards.

  • Coordinate assessments and interviews: Arrange interview schedules, liaise with hiring managers, prepare interview materials and participate in interviews where required.

  • Conduct reference and right-to-work checks: Obtain and verify references, conduct background checks and ensure compliance with right-to-work requirements prior to appointment.

  • Onboarding support: Coordinate pre-employment checks, contracts and induction activities to ensure a smooth start for new hires.

  • Report and advise: Provide regular recruitment metrics, market insight and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Continuous improvement: Review and improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and advertising channels to attract high-calibre applicants.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within private property, domestic staffing or high-end hospitality sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques and employment checks (including right-to-work and referencing).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear job briefs and correspond professionally with candidates and clients.

  • Organised, with good time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

  • Discreet and professional approach, with a high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.

  • Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards and basic HR databases; confident with MS Office or equivalent.

  • Right to work checks and satisfactory references will be required prior to appointment.
