Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a Lead Generation & Portal Specialist to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through social media platforms and managing property listings across major real estate portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Manage and update property listings on portals like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
• Create attractive property advertisements to generate inquiries
• Monitor daily incoming leads and assign them to the sales team
• Respond to leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Track and report lead generation performance
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaigns
• Ensure all listings are accurate, updated, and well-presented

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate lead generation or portal management (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and online lead generation
• Familiarity with UAE property portals
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
