LEAD GENERATION & PORTAL SPECIALIST – REAL ESTATE (ABU DHABI)

Job Overview

We are hiring a skilled professional to join ITW Properties in Abu Dhabi as a Lead Generation and Property Portal Specialist. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads and managing property listings across major UAE real estate platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in UAE real estate operations, digital lead generation, and property portal management, with the ability to optimize listings for maximum visibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

• Generate and manage leads through online platforms, marketing campaigns, and databases
• Handle incoming inquiries and qualify potential clients
• Distribute and track leads to the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately
• Analyze lead performance and suggest improvements for better conversion

Portal Management:

• Manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
• Ensure all listings are accurate, updated, and professionally presented
• Optimize property ads with strong descriptions, images, and pricing strategies
• Monitor listing performance and refresh ads to improve visibility
• Coordinate with agents for updates and availability

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience in lead generation and portal management (mandatory)
• Strong experience with CRM systems and property portals
• Good understanding of digital lead generation strategies
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
