We are seeking an Elite Property Specialist to join our top‑tier team. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who excel in high‑value transactions, client advisory, and premium property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote premium and luxury properties across Abu Dhabi’s most sought‑after communities.
• Build and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, investors, and end‑users.
• Conduct private property tours, investment consultations, and market briefings.
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, market trends, and community insights.
• Negotiate high‑value offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and VIP clients.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with the company’s high standards.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or premium segments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth individuals and international clients.
• Professional appearance and strong business etiquette.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish) are an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
