We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our Human Resources team in end-to-end hiring activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition processes and is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in HR and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Support HR team with onboarding documentation and reports
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Eligibility & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes (preferred, not mandatory)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
