About the Referral Manager Role
The Referral Manager will oversee the firm’s incoming and outgoing case referral relationships. This includes building and maintaining relationships with other law firms, tracking all referral agreements, managing referral fee compliance, and ensuring timely and accurate communication and payments regarding referred cases. The role also involves identifying new referral sources, optimizing referral conversion processes, and working closely with the intake and referral teams to ensure seamless handling of referred matters.
