Role Purpose:
To provide effective administrative support aligned with business operations and employee needs, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of administrative services.
Key Accountabilities:

Follow up on day-to-day administrative operations related to the role to ensure continuity of work within the branch.

Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for the regional Administration section, in line with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Manage administrative services, including first aid, hygiene, renovations, utilities (water and electricity), and maintain accurate records for all administration-related projects within the branch.

Attend regional management meetings and support the implementation of internal company policies and procedures.

Manage outsourced labor operations within the region in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure timely payment of building rent and related obligations.

Manage company vehicles and fleet requests within the branch, including processing employee-related requests.

Oversee company accommodation across branches to ensure proper allocation and maintenance.

Build and maintain productive relationships with employees, ensuring administrative and HR support when issues arise, and follow up with appropriate solutions to enhance employee satisfaction.

Prepare administrative reports and submit them to the Line Manager in a timely manner.

Perform all administrative service–related tasks within the branch to support smooth daily operations.

Lead the Government Relations team in the branch, overseeing and following up on all activities related to government entities and regional authorities.

Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager as required.
Job Qualifications:

2–5 years of proven experience in HR operations within a professional environment.

Diploma in Business Administration or higher qualification
