  • Collaborate with the Group's global creative and digital teams to bring branded initiatives such as global campaigns, key visual development, and seasonal offers to life in the region.
  • Work closely with regional hotels to support media partnerships, KOL/influencer engagement, and public relations opportunities that build brand awareness and drive conversion.
  • Liaise with agency and internal stakeholders to measure performance of regional campaigns and activations; track ROI, report KPIs, and recommend optimisations.
  • Keep a pulse on emerging trends, customer behaviour, competitor activity, and cultural movements in the region to inform relevant and timely brand strategies.
  • Ensure all activations and creative executions are aligned with MOHG’s global brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication across projects to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure annual brand audits are completed across the portfolio.
  • Support day-to-day communication and alignment with hotel-based Directors of Marketing and PR Managers.

As Regional Brand Manager MET, we expect from you:

  • Strong brand sensibility and storytelling mindset, with a sharp eye for content quality and detail.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end across creative, commercial, and operational functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
