Job Overview

Atom Power (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Channel Sales Manager – Solar & Renewable Energy Solutions to expand and manage its nationwide channel network. The role focuses on driving sales growth through distributors, dealers, and installers for our locally manufactured LFP batteries, EV batteries, hybrid inverters, and solar solutions.

This position is ideal for professionals with strong channel sales experience in the solar, renewable energy, or power sector, who are capable of building long-term partnerships and achieving aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Channel Development & Expansion

  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners across Pakistan.
  • Develop and execute regional channel sales strategies to improve market coverage and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.

Sales Management & Performance Tracking

  • Set sales targets and KPIs for channel partners and ensure achievement of regional goals.
  • Monitor partner performance and take corrective actions where required.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis for senior management.

Partner Training & Enablement

  • Conduct product training sessions, workshops, and technical demonstrations.
  • Provide ongoing sales, marketing, and after-sales support to channel partners.

Market Intelligence & Promotions

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, incentive programs, and regional marketing activities.
  • Expand business in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and customer support teams for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure quality standards for installations and after-sales services through channel partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales (solar, renewable energy, or power sector preferred).
  • Strong existing network of distributors, dealers, and installers in Pakistan’s solar/energy market.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan.
