Regional Commercial controller

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Role Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing and managing regional activities and transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance with organizational policies, and adherence to international standards.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Carry out daily operational tasks within assigned responsibilities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
  • Support the identification and implementation of opportunities for continuous process improvement, incorporating international best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Assist in preparing accurate and timely reports for the Accounting and Controlling function, ensuring compliance with company policies, departmental standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of sales activities and oversee the closing of sales accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.
  • Manage credit levels and accounts receivable collections, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor financial controls across regional activities, identifying weaknesses and recommending corrective measures.
  • Control and analyze regional expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets and financial objectives.


Qualifications:

  • 4 - 6 years relevant experience in accounting
  • 3 -5 years in a similar position in FMCG
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
