Job Title: Regional Head – Business
Department: Retail Banking
Reports To: General Manager

Job Purpose:
To lead and manage a network of branches within the assigned region, driving business growth, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role focuses on achieving deposit, advances, and profitability targets while developing a high-performance sales and service culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide Branch Managers to meet regional business targets.
• Develop and execute sales and service strategies to grow deposits and advances.
• Ensure compliance with SBP, KYC/AML, and internal bank policies.
• Evaluate credit proposals and support branches in recovery and risk management.
• Foster teamwork, staff development, and performance excellence across branches.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including branch or regional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit management, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
