BMA Investment Advisors is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Head – Sales to lead our business growth across the region. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, manage high-performing teams, and strengthen client relationships within SMA (Separately Managed Accounts) and Mutual Fund segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee sales operations across the assigned region to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive growth in SMA and Mutual Fund products through effective strategies and client engagement.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop area and branch sales teams for optimal performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distribution partners, and institutional investors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present strategic insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from a recognized institution.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Asset Management, Banking, Life Insurance, or Financial Services industry.
  • Proven track record in SMA and Mutual Fund sales leadership.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
