KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Hiring of mentioned positions as per the requisitions
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records, and oversee payroll.
- Address employee concerns, foster engagement and manage grievances.
- Coordinate appraisals and support performance improvement.
QUALIFICATION &SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Team management skills as well as Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
