The Regional Human Resources Manager provides HR leadership and support across a defined region, working closely with campus and, in some cases, home office teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and effective HR practices. This role focuses on supporting leaders in day-to-day HR needs, employee relations, compliance, and workforce management, while ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
As part of a collaborative HR team in a high-growth organization, the Regional HR Manager plays a critical role in executing core HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, policy interpretation, and performance management, while ensuring the consistent implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives. This position works primarily with local and regional leadership to support operational success, foster a positive workplace culture, and provide guidance on people-related practices.

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
