ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
  • Thought leader, driving revenue growth through human resources strategies.
  • Aligns and supports all HR strategy, talent and leadership development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, culture, coaching, and total compensation across the company.
  • Drive critical HR processes throughout the organization and leverage HR to implement cultural and organizational change while also accomplishing key business objectives and overseeing talent acquisition, retention, and succession.
  • Bring significant HR experience with a reputation for proactively using the HR function to help drive change and support the execution of business strategy, possess strong business acumen, have experience contributing as a peer to executive team, and a proven track record of helping build great companies with great cultures that drive business growth and retain talent.

  • Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with all levels of a global organization.

  • Strong project management, process management and analytical skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in HR Management preferable.
  • 15 or more years of progressive HR experience in a global environment
  • Transportation/Supply Chain experience a plus

CERTIFICATONS & LICENSES

  • HR certification preferred.
