Position Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing human resources strategies, policies, and programs that support the company’s objectives. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, fosters a positive workplace culture, and drives initiatives in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and organizational development.

Recruitment & Staffing

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding).

Manage employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence.

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution of workplace issues.

Promote employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management or senior HR roles.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
