The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for all marketing activities supporting sales for an assigned geographic region. This position has substantial understanding of sales-focused marketing as well as our audiences of K-12 school administrators and education leaders. They enjoy taking charge of regional marketing programs, detailed planning, proactive communication, and flawlessly delivering memorable marketing experiences that support our sales goals. Working closely with internal Sales and external partner teams, this role will identify the unique needs across the region and manage content and campaign execution while contributing to events, training, and special projects. As a key member of the Marketing team, this role collaborates across demand generation, customer success, sales, and Sales Development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong integrated marketing experience and the ability to track campaign performance through to business outcomes. These tasks are accomplished by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned):
- Adapting print and digital collateral marketing programs to the needs of a regional sales team or partner marketing opportunity
- Working closely with sales representatives and customer success teams to identify opportunities, support lead generation for Pitsco products and services
- Creating, expanding, and accelerating sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and/or services, within marketing defined strategy
- Supporting channel activities with Pitsco partners from approval of campaign through execution as required, including hands-on management of campaign details across the CRM and supporting systems
- Advocating for and identifying project priorities in collaboration with the broader Marketing team
- Ensuring all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measure and report on tier effectiveness
- Following the Pitsco process, project manage all campaign from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in education/communication/business/marketing preferred
- Prior experience writing and creating marketing collateral and campaigns
- K-12 education/STEM subject matter expertise preferred
- Ability to write persuasive text for a variety of formats
- Technology literacy required (MS Office, Adobe Pro, HubSpot, SalesForce, and so on)
- Exceptional project management skills
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Ability to learn quickly and perform duties independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Must work well in a team environment, especially with remote workers
- Knowledge of state and national education standards
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds in a general office setting
