Zuma is hiring a
Regional Marketing Manager - Middle East + Turkey.
This fantastic role will oversee all regional marketing activity, driving creative campaigns, partnerships, events, and communications that strengthen brand equity, drive footfall, and deliver measurable results. Working closely with the Regional Social Media Manager, to ensure every initiative reflects
Zuma’s premium positioning and aligns with both global strategy and local market nuances.
You will act as a brand ambassador and key link between the local operations teams and the Global Brand & Communications Department.
What you will do:
Regional Marketing Strategy + Execution

Develop and implement the regional marketing plan for all Zuma locations within the Middle East + Turkey, aligned with global brand objectives and local business needs

Act as the main liaison between local operations teams and the global marketing function, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities

Support the delivery of brand campaigns, partnerships, and activations across the region, ensuring quality and consistency

Lead the planning and execution of new restaurant openings and seasonal residencies
Brand Management

Champion the Zuma brand across the region, ensuring every market reflects the brand’s DNA and premium positioning

Identify and share regional trends, opportunities, and competitor insights with the global team to inform strategy
Collaboration & Teamwork

Work hand-in-hand with the
Regional Social Media Manager and the senior brand and marketing teams
to align content, campaigns, and influencer activity with overall marketing goals

Partner with restaurant General Managers and local Operations teams to identify commercial priorities and support them with targeted marketing initiatives
Partnerships, PR + Events

Identify and manage regional brand collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorships that align with Zuma’s values and audience

Coordinate with regional PR agencies and media partners to drive impactful coverage and brand visibility

Oversee key events and brand activations, ensuring excellence in execution and ROI tracking
Performance + Reporting

Monitor and analyse the performance of regional marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights and track and manage marketing budgets for each market effectively
Skills + Experience Required
-
Minimum 4 years experience in marketing within hospitality, F&B, or luxury lifestyle brands

Strong understanding of premium and lifestyle brand positioning and customer engagement

Proven experience developing and executing regional marketing strategies

Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously

Confident communicator and relationship-builder across diverse teams and cultures
-
Experience working across the Middle East region; knowledge of local markets and media landscapes

Based in Dubai with flexibility to travel regionally as required
