POSITION PURPOSE

The Regional Marketing Specialist will be responsible for delivering the local marketing requirements for North America & Canada. This role will consist of carrying out a range of marketing initiatives from initial idea generation and planning, through to implementation and execution; in keeping with the main Western Marketing strategy and corporate goals. Working alongside the Western Marketing team, closely with the North America & Canada Sales team.

The role will entail working on supporting events delivery, as well as working with key marketing technology platforms for lead nurturing, email and web, as well as Salesforce CRM to implement marketing programmers, including solution/product webinars, online marketing campaigns, email nurture programs, social media, SEO/SEM, database management, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Sales to identity target audiences and maximize ROI on marketing activities.
  • Working closely with the Regional Marketing Team Lead (West) to contribute to planning and delivery of marketing campaigns for the North America & Canada region.
  • Work with the West Digital Marketing team to tailor paid, email and content campaigns for regional audience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events, trade shows, and conferences; from logistics, booth materials, on-site branding and other event collateral to post-event follow up including performance metrics and report outcomes.
  • Work in partnership with internal stakeholders, customers and third parties to meet marketing and corporate objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and create insight to inform regional strategy and West Marketing approach.
  • Be the internal point of contact for all North America & Canada marketing activities, including product initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for region-specific content such as customer stories, use case or partner spotlights.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all regional initiatives and materials.
  • Support market entry strategies and brand positioning in new territories within the West region.
  • Build relationships with key external partners, agencies and influencers and support the Regional Marketers with theirs also.
  • Responsibility for complying with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to information security and acceptable use, and for undertaking mandatory in-house company training as required.
  • Undertake other job responsibilities and accountabilities within the remit of the job role as and when these may arise.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Demonstrated success in a B2B marketing role.

· 3-5 years of experience.

· Proven experience coordinating and executing events and marketing campaigns within North America & Canada, preferably with a background in technology.

· Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms.

· Stakeholder management experience.

· Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadline.

· A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.

· Fluent in English; additional language(s) highly desirable.

· Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Concrete5)

· Digital Marketing Degree or Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications a plus

· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

Pay: $60,299.58 - $66,000.00 per year
