Regional Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

The Role

A senior leadership opportunity to drive procurement and supply chain transformation across the Middle East & India region.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Operational Excellence, this role combines:

• Country leadership (Saudi Arabia)

• Regional functional leadership (Middle East & India)

Global procurement frameworks, standards and tools are already in place. The mandate is to elevate regional performance to those standards — embedding governance, driving efficiency, and creating measurable commercial impact.

This is a senior management role, one level below the regional leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation & Governance

• Align regional operations to global procurement and supply chain standards

• Embed consistent processes, controls and compliance

• Implement clear KPIs and savings tracking

Operational Efficiency

• Drive cost optimisation and supplier rationalisation

• Improve planning discipline to reduce reactive spend

• Strengthen logistics and local sourcing strategies

• Introduce structured category management

Leadership & Integration

• Lead and develop established country procurement teams

• Build a cohesive regional procurement community

• Partner with operations and finance to position procurement as a strategic function

The Profile

This role requires more than technical capability. It demands energy, pace and drive.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has led procurement transformation across multiple countries

• Can upgrade processes without disrupting live operations

• Brings urgency, resilience and accountability

• Is comfortable challenging the status quo

• Builds momentum and engages teams through change

• Understands governance, compliance and commercial impact

10+ years’ experience in procurement & supply chain leadership is expected, ideally within complex, operational or project-driven environments.

Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.

What Success Looks Like (12 Months)

• Regional alignment to global standards

• Clear savings framework and measurable impact

• Reduced supplier base and stronger risk management

• Improved planning discipline and cost control

• A visible shift in energy, accountability and performance across the function

This is a high-impact transformation role for a leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and has the drive to elevate a regional function to best-in-class standards.
