Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly experienced and energetic Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our used construction and mining equipment business in the Middle East. The ideal candidate must be currently based in the region, with a strong track record in selling used heavy equipment across GCC and surrounding markets. This is a leadership role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building and scaling teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales & Business Development:
    Drive sales of used construction and mining equipment across the Middle East through direct sales, dealer networks, and strategic partnerships.
  • Market Expansion:
    Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and customer segments within the region.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, mining firms, traders, and fleet owners.
  • Team Building & Leadership:
    Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to support business growth.
  • Travel & Customer Engagement:
    Willing to travel extensively across the region to meet customers, attend exhibitions, and explore new markets.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and industry developments to maintain competitive edge.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
    Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to the senior management team.

Key Requirements:


  • 1520 years of experience in sales of used construction or mining equipment in the Middle East.
  • Strong network across GCC in relevant sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
